This includes 30 stickers (16 of which has a personalized QR code specifically set-up for the special needs or elderly individual), 2 FREE lanyards, AND FREE PRIORITY USPS SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE IN THE USA. This equates to a little over $4.00 per month. The only additional charge is $29.99 after year one and following years. That's $29.99 for THE ENTIRE YEAR! This includes QR Code information updating, etc... If you decide to cancel after year one or beyond, the QR Code is disabled.

Do I provide you with all the important emergency information for the QR Code so first responders, police, fire, and the general public can scan it for reference in the event of an emergency? You set it up with an individual QR Code?
Yes, exactly. You fill out the questionnaire area on the "ORDER NOW" page then click "ADD TO CART". We then transfer all that information onto a Member File. That file has it's own unique QR Code and can be updated throughout the year if need be at no additional cost. Example - There is a new Doctor's phone number. You just email us with the Member File number and name and we'll update it (usually the same day). The best part is, the QR Code remains the same. NO NEED FOR UPDATED STICKERS, ETC.. Everything now scans with the updated and current emergency information!

These stickers alert the public that an occupant or owner of the vehicle or home may have a special need and require assistance in the event of an emergency. This sticker tells the public and First Responders that more information and specifics are available INSIDE THE VEHICLE OR HOME by scanning the QR Code on the sticker (inside the the glove box, on the inside of the vehicle doors, or on the inside of the interior front, back, or side doors of the home). The second set of stickers are for the INTERIOR of your home our vehicle. These stickers are the actual set that have the QR Code on them containing all the important special needs information that will assist the general public and First Responders in the event of an emergency. So you can see, your personal information is INSIDE your vehicle and home and not visible to others.

We recommend one sticker on the driver and passenger front window for your vehicles. Homes will vary based on size and lay-out. We recommend
one sticker on any entrance door (front, side, back, etc..) and some can also be placed on visible first floor windows.

In my son Johnny's case, If I'm pushing him around on a walk outside in his wheelchair and I HAD AN EMERENCY, the lanyard around my neck would have the QR Code sticker attached so that JOHNNY COULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. A lanyard can also be worn by the special needs or elderly individual and be used to assist in the event of an emergency.
